I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the P90x Cardio workout is quite compatible with pregnancy. I had to leave out the Superman-Banana exercise as it has rolling from stomach to back. The Dreya Roll was difficult, but not dangerous. As I get further along I will likely keep my feet on the floor during any jumping exercises. I imagine I will have to slow the speed of some exercises as well. As long as I listening to my body it will be a good workout to throw in the mix.
It was so nice to feel like I finally got a real workout. With the inversion on top of ice and cold weather it has been hard to get out.
