Sorry, this is more for me than anyone else. I haven't posted about trich in a long time. Not much has changed--I'm still pulling and always looking for ways to be better. Here are some resources I want to have available:

Try Something New

When it comes to eating, I have a tendency to stick to my favorites, but a summer without chocolate has forced me to be a little more adventurous with my treats. If you have an ice cream maker, I would highly recommend this recipe for carmelized banana ice cream from Best Bites.

I did make the caramel sauce she recommends, but the ice cream totally stands on its own. The bananas make it so creamy! I used whipping cream instead of heavy cream and the consistency was awesome. I think it would be dreamy with hot fudge sauce, but, I'll have to wait to see :)
